We use a limited number of service providers to operate our website and business. These include Tally, which hosts our contact form, as well as website-hosting, email, storage, and business-technology providers.
These providers may process or store information outside Quebec or Canada. Information processed outside Quebec may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.
Service providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services and are expected to handle it according to their contractual and legal obligations.
We may also communicate information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights.
We do not currently use advertising trackers or website analytics tools.
Our website-hosting and form providers may use essential technologies needed to operate, protect, or deliver their services. External websites linked from our site have their own cookie and privacy practices.

We retain personal information for 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
